Artist Profile

Jagmohan Bangani is an artist from Uttarakhand who lives and works in Delhi for the past twenty years. He received his higher education (MFA- Painting) from Winchester School of Art, the Uni. of Southampton UK. So far, six solo and more than fifty group exhibitions of his paintings have been held worldwide. He has a stake in more than thirty national and international art camps.

The awards mainly include Ford Foundation Fellowship - USA, Junior Fellowship - Department of Culture, Government of India, Research Scholarship - National Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, Uttarakhand State Painting Award and All India Digital Art Awards - AIFACS, New Delhi, North Zone Gold Award -Prafulla Art Foundation, Mumbai etc.
